We want you to be happy with Our World on Tap. If you're not satisfied with your purchase — whether it's a scan pack, Judging Pro subscription, or Brewery Pro subscription — you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:

Go to paddle.net and enter the email you used at checkout, or
Email us at hello@ourworldontap.app and we'll arrange it with Paddle on your behalf.

Subscriptions

You can cancel an active subscription at any time from your customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. If you'd like a refund for a recent renewal, contact us within the 30-day window above.

Scan packs

Scan packs are refundable within 30 days if you have not used more than half of the scans in the pack. Beyond that point we can't refund the unused balance.
